1. How long to receive order?
We aim to get your order to you within 5-7 working days. Please allow up to 8 days before contacting us.
2. How do I use my voucher code?
To use a voucher code simply make your order as normal then on the last page of the checkout, after entering your details, enter the code in the box provided. This will apply a discount to the total value in your cart. It is important to set the correct size of canvas when making your order. The size must match the size on the voucher.
3. The site will not accept my image?
If your image file size is too large it will cause the server to time out. Images should not be more than 10 megabytes if you want to be 100% sure that there won't be a problem with your upload. If the image is more than 10 megabytes please reduce the file size. To see the size of your image file, simply right click on the image and click on properties.
4. Is my image of good enough quality for printing?
Images should be of at least 1000 kilobytes (one megabyte). Anything smaller may cause the image to pixelate when enlarged for printing, resulting in a blury, low-quality canvas. To see the size of your image file, simply right click on the image and click on properties.
5. What is canvas wrapping?
Canvas wrapping is where the image wrap's around the sides of the frame. You should only select this if the main subject is not too close to the sides of the image as this may cut some of the subject off the front of the canvas.
6. Returns?
All personalised canvas are non-refundable so please ensure you are happy with how it looks using our Like Canvas Maker before placing your order.
